biographical synthesis
childhood and youth
Jesús Rafael Marcano was born on November 13, 1993 in the city of Maturín
Edo.Monagas, Venezuela. His parents are Jesús Rafael Marcano Figuera, and
Dexys Guzmán, he has a unique sister named María Francia Marcano. He
studied basic education in the educational unit Marlene Sequea de Campos,
which culminated with great praise and distinctions.
At that time, he was a fan of Japanese anime series such as the knights of the
zodiac, Inuyasha, sailor moon, etc., manga drawing as well as fantastic genre
films such as The magical legend of the gnomes and the winx club, something
that it greatly influenced his literary works and literary style later in his life. The
poet's childhood was characterized by a contrast between two very different great
cultures; On the one hand, his passion for oriental mysticism and manga and
anime series, and on the other, his love for the fairy world. Something that can
be verified with his most famous Hanasaki and the Jaykismo movement based
on Japanese poetry and also ᚠaïry långuage, an artificial literary language which
is a mixture of Anglo-Saxon and Celtic languages. As he himself relates:
"I well remember those scenes like a screen in front of me when I ran away from
school to get home fast to watch my favorite anime series and also my solo
games imagining that I was a fairy and could fly with my translucent dragonfly
wings or butterflies [...]"
In his teens, he was a young man focused on his studies most of the time. Finish
the baccalaureate at the Gilda Ramírez Bolivarian High School, being acclaimed
on some occasions as a "scholar", "indigo child" and a "genius". At that time he
knows the works of fantasy writers J. R. R Tolkien and C. S. Lewis, especially
through their film adaptations.
Graduated with full honors and earned a Diversified High School and Vocational
Education degree in science.

Passionate netizen, otaku and roleplayer, lover of online role-playing games
inspired by his anime and literary series that he began to practice at a very young
age; At the age of 27 he became a renowned writer, Papiroflecta, artistic
2. cartoonist, workshop leader, literary translator, grammarian, essayist, columnist,
medievalist and intellectual. Prodigious multifaceted self-taught person who,
although he devoted himself almost exclusively to the field of literature and art in
general, possessed vast knowledge of other areas such as philosophy,
mythology, grammar, pedagogy, and natural sciences; mainly floriculture (this
last field of study greatly influences him in his haikus that deals with the four
seasons and nature).
He participated as a founding member in the editorial fund #Nos une la poesia
with the publication of the poetic anthology under the same name together with
other co-authors and co-founders (Mérida, 2021), and published under the same
editorial fund #Poetry unites us with his collection of poems, Hanasaki (Mérida,

other unpublished literary works as well as participation in a wide variety of
workshops and cultural events. He was also a founder of the international poetic-
literary and cultural movement Jaykismo, and a founding member of the
International Society of Hispano-American Writers.
His career as a linguist
Considered a born linguophile and in a certain way learning new languages as
well as floriculture, according to his own account, has had an impact as an artist
of the word; He has extensive knowledge of other languages, since in addition to
his mother tongue Spanish, he is fluent in French, British English, German,
Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and the classical languages; Latin and ancient Greek,
Ænglisc or Anglo-Saxon, plus some basic knowledge of Danish, Norwegian,

renowned international poets and writers such as the Venezuelan writer and poet,
Ismari M. Marcano Dicurú in her participation in the poetic anthology entitled:
"Anime allo specchio" of the international poetic movement Poeti2000 of that
time, of which she was also a part.
It should be noted that he is the creator of the literary artificial language ᚠaïry
långuage[3]. An artistic artificial language based on a mixture of Ænglisc or
Anglo-Saxon, Greco-Latin and Celtic roots, as well as certain elements added for
"pure phonoesthetics" from French, Norwegian, Danish and German.
Literary movement
Initially inspired by the English Inklings movement, romanticism, Wafi Salih, some
traditional Japanese haikists, and the Japanese Wabi-Sabi concept of art, the
Kotodama poetic concept, and other Venezuelan artists such as Williams Alberto
Hernández and Dulce Burkooitz, his poetic style is strongly influenced by the
artistic worldview of a wide range of poets, writers and movements which makes
his poetry rich and saturated with mysticism, romanticism, philosophy and even
3. fantasy. With the passing of time, also inspired by the literary currents originating
in France and spiritual movements from the East such as Falun Gong, it would
give rise to what would be known as Jaykismo; a trend that aspires to renew haiku
poetry and Japanese art in general and that seeks to transmigrate oriental poetry
and make it universal.
