 Start-up responsibility:
* Travel to other facilities to learn the Pringles Packaging technology,
* Document training material and teach the workforce
 Support the Pringles Trifecta plant at Bandar Enstek, Malaysia, including
startup.
 Developing the packaging scope for supply chain projects and
programs, some of them being major and highly complex systems.
Assigned projects will include packaging system development, scale-up
of equipment and lines, introduction of new products, product quality
improvements, productivity, and capacity projects for operations
worldwide
 Delivery of effective FEL’s (scope definition), specifications, testing and
scale-up of packaging equipment and systems, including support to
capital scope development and schedules
 Developing and specifying packaging equipment systems including
appropriate capital scope that deliver required performance,formats,
and capacity
 Building consensus on recommended options in the engineering, supply
chain, and business organizations based on the incumbent’s expertise in
packaging equipment
 Evaluation and advancement of new or alternate suppliers or
technologies where there is distinct justification based on performance,
cost or flexibility
 Excite and gain stakeholder support and alignment on scope and
options for all projects through proactive communication
 Delivering the minimum required scope at the lowest cost while meeting
the needs for high productivity and efficiency
 Using sound methodology to troubleshoot and solve packaging
equipment problems in a way that prevents their reoccurrence
 Work closely with Packaging Material Leader to Support and implement
continuous improvement projects.
 Oversee installation ofall equipmentaspects

 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 Understanding of Quality and Food Safety requirements.
 Understanding of Suppliers’ processes and capabilities, and Customers’
requirements.
 Understanding of Process Reporting Systems and Controls.
