JOB OBJECIVE:

Campaign & Awareness, Selection of suitable Personal Protective Equipments, Site Inspection &
Audits, Fire Prevention and Detection System, Scheduling for Fire Fighting Equipments servicing ,
Testing and Calibration of life – saving equipments and Safety Devices, Accident reporting and
Detailed Investigation, Emergency Preparedness Plan and Evacuation Procedure ,monitor project

A. Health & Safety Management: Developing safety management plans and overseeing the
implementations of the same as per the guidelines. Conducting safety inspections & Audits,
Occupational surveys, field auditing for compliance. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly
status reports to monitor the compliance. Devising and implementing emergency response
plan for site and off site. Developing Sub-contractor’s safety management guidelines and
numbers of safety motivational /training programs to improve safety culture within
organization.
B. Environmental management: Overseeing establishment, certification and maintenance of
the system and the required documents as per the environmental management system.
Implementing waste management system, Air monitoring and Noise control as per the as
supervising in/off – site waste disposal management. Ensuring environment legislative
requirement compliance and documentation. Conducting environmental inspection, audit
and impact assessment, update and ensuring the compliance to legal requirements.
Developing and ensuring adherence to operational environmental standards.

C. Fire Protection/ Loss prevention: Coordinating and advising on fire- fighting
facilities/equipments. Schedule and plan periodic maintenance. Conducting Inspections,
audits /mock drills to ensure the fire protection system are in place and to identify the area
of improvement. Organizing training for the personnel on emergency preparedness.
Preparing fire plans and mitigation measures, such as procurement and serving the
equipments. Determining the nature hazards & instructing action plans in event of any
emergency or fire/gas detection and also suggesting necessary measure for the better
conditions of the work environment.

October 2012 – 2013 ISS Integrated Facility Service – Chennai, India as EHS
Executive.

Tamilnadu, India as QHSE EXECUTIVE.
Key Result Areas:
Conducting routine and periodic safety inspections of the sites to avoid any accidental/legal
cost.
Providingrecommendations forthe HSE Observations and then followingup forclosing of the
findings with site facility team and service providers.
Monitoring, Chasing, and Coordinating with Firefighting and Fire Alarm service providers for
their preventive and reactive maintenance.

Administrating and processing for supplier’s quotations, rectifications and monthly invoices
by verifying the documents as per client requirements.
Getting Approval from Clients for FF-FA reactive works and other HSE requirements through
official mails and letters.
Coordinating and providing all the necessary documents to the FF-FA service providers for
QCDD renewal process.

Developing Fire mock drill action plan and arranging all the necessary requirement of the
drills.
Ensuring HSE standard forms and procedures for sites operational activities are being
followed.
Ensuring all safety measures are taken for site operational activities in line with our standard
forms and checklist.
Inspecting scaffolds, rope access, ladders, power tools in line with our standard permits and
forms.
Issuing Permit to access and work with prior check on the safety measures of the job.
Reporting and investigating the incidents/accidents to the departmental Head.
PROFESIONAL QUALIFICATION:
B.Sc. degree in Visual Communication at University of Madras – 2007 – 09, Chennai – India.
Diploma in Industrial Fire and Safety at NIFE– 2010-11, Chennai – India.
NEBOSH in International General Certificate
IOSH – Managing Safely
OSHA – 30 Hours
First aid & basic life support in HAMAD International Medical Corporation -Qatar.
Scaffolding Supervisor safety awareness in Applus+ Velosi certification, Qatar.
