At a very, very trying time for our organization we engaged NYNJ Financial
Serylces to provide financial assistance and direction for us on a
temporary basis. Eric Fenchel stepped in and had immediate and positive
impact in addressing a multitude of issues that needed attention.
Despite lack of experience in not-for-profit organizational or accounting
function, Eric proved to be a very "quick study" (i.e. learning our proprietary
database and accounting software systems; grasping the nuances of not-
for-profit financial management, etc.), a capable diagnostician and an
engaging supervisor of the 6+ FTE assigned to him. Despite the absence
of depth of knowledge among the staff he worked with, he researched
critical history, redesigned presentatiqn formats to assure widespread
understanding of financial reports and processes and worked to very strict
deadlines in producing our intricate annual organizational budget and
