Personal Statement
Having worked within the paper industry for many years I regard myself as a hard working
and committed person who is a good communicator with excellent inter personal skills.
I work to a high safety standard and I am able to work on my own initiative and also able to
work as a team player, I am able to work with colleagues at all levels.
I have many skills including managing, problem solving and motivating teams and
individuals. I have had experience in risk assessments, safe systems of work, lean and five
S.
I am a flexible and adaptable person who is always striving to maintain the best possible
standards within the industry. I have experience with using fork lift, clamp trucks, scissor lifts
and over head cranes.
