to consumers (Consumer information regulation)

All foods intended to the final consumer
Information at all stages of the food chain

to consumers (Consumer information regulation)
Mandatory information:
1. name of the food
2. list of ingredients
3. allergens or intolerance substances
4. QUID – Quantitative Ingredient Declaration (if necessary)
5. net quantity of the food
6. date of minimum durability or "use by" date
7. any special storage conditions and/or conditions of use
8. name or business name and address of the food business operator
9. country of origin or place of provenance where provided for
10. instructions for use where it would be difficult to make appropriate use of the food in the
absence of such instructions
11. alcoholic strength by volume for beverages containing more than 1,2 % by volume of alcohol
