Gabriel explains that the Holy Spirit will come upon her and God's power will overshadow her. Mary accepts God's will, saying "Let it be to me according to your word." Mary then visits her relative Elizabeth, who confirms that Mary is blessed among women for believing God's message. Elizabeth's unborn baby leaps in her womb recognizing Jesus.
Luke 16 rich man and lazarus
The passage describes the story of a rich man who lives in luxury and a poor man named Lazarus who is sick and hungry. When they die, Lazarus is comforted in heaven while the rich man is in torment. The rich man begs Abraham to help him, but Abraham says that in life they received their fortunes, and there is now an uncrossable divide between them. The rich man asks that Lazarus warn his brothers, but Abraham says they have God's word already and will not be convinced even by someone rising from the dead. The story teaches about treating the poor, the consequences of ignoring God, and not waiting for signs before believing.

There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
