To Whom It May Concern:
I hired Joe Helle as a delivery driver when I was the General Manager of the
Celebration Cinema North Grand Rapids Jimmy John’s in 2015. During my time as
General Manager, Joe proved himself to be trustworthy, reliable and a good team
player. He learned how to supervise shifts and excelled in that position. During this
time, I moved out of the store to be an Area Manager but still oversaw the location
where Joe worked.
Over the years, Joe’s skills grew and he was promoted to 2nd
Assistant Manager at
the location. He has done that job with integrity for the past year and a half. In this
position he was responsible for many tasks including; training new hires, sampling
product to the community, handling customer issues, taking inventory of supplies,
disciplining staff and handling all the other curveballs that come our way everyday.
Although I believe that Joe has demonstrated his skill in this line of work to be
fully satisfactory, I know that the core traits he possesses would allow him to succeed in
nearly any field he set his mind to. Joe is an upbeat and charming employee and it has
always been a bright part of my day when our paths cross. In all the time that I have
worked with him, I cannot think of a single time (that wasn’t due to unexpected
accidents on the road) where he was late for a shift.
Joe Helle has my personal and professional recommendation for any position he
seeks in his new career path.
