Critical situation recognition and control
 Automated cognitive image analysis of the video data streams utilizing semantic
pattern and templates in the self learning system
 Recognition of risky or critical situations in relation to classes of objects and their
delinquency
 In particular, differentiation and prediction of aggressive and friendly behaviors, the
definition of "friend or foe" based on the analysis and storage behaviors,
anthropometric data and classification of the described scenarios (according to the
law enforcement agencies), as well as to determine the "forgotten" or "left" items,
unauthorized entry, and any other abnormal situations that lead to delinquency
Integration of sensing technologies
Video surveillance and object recognition, global positioning and tracing with sensor
networks integration for complete situation awareness
Dynamic planning and transportation networks control
Adaptive crossing traffic control
• Is based on vehicle location data acquired in time, supplemented by
RFID or optical LPR identification

– Control layout, zones, including arbitrary form
– Counting the cars, counted turns, vehicle classification data transfers in clustered
datacenter
– Measuring the length of the queue, the flow rate and statistics running a red light
– Tracking incidents, reports, control switching of traffic lights, rotating cameras, active

– Coordinate the management of crossings on the local rules and situation or centralized
instructions from regional data center
Dynamic scheduler WEB service ( a part of e-Government portal)
• Receipt of recommendations on the requested route (trip ticket) parking spaces
• Notice from the urban transport services (changes in the transport scheme, evacuation,
congestion etc).
• Declaration on the planned route, the publication of the resources available for cross sales of
logistics services
• Medical services (routine and emergency)

Optimal route is calculated and sustained based on traffic situation, goals,

Trauma detection module
Trauma detection module: Automated image analysis and anomalies
