WHAT CAUSES A LOW PLATELET COUNT?
 Improper production or less production
from bone marrow caused by a variety
of reasons like drugs, drug reactions,
alcohol, cancers etc.

rate for platelets is more than the

produced in the bone marrow.

(HIT) which is caused by the formation

 Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is
the problem of having a very low platelet
count without any known reason.
 Most cases of ITP are related to the
production of antibodies which either
destroy or are against platelets.

 Formation of the purpura (bruises).
 Superficial bleeding in the skin that
appears as of pin-point sized reddish
purple spots usually on the lower legs.

DIETARY GUIDELINES
1. Avoid Tulsi, Ginger,
Turmeric, Garlic, Chilies,
Peppers, and other spices
as they are hot and work
like blood thinners.

2. Consume cooling herbs juice 2 teaspoonful twice daily of:-
oFresh coriander leaves (Dhania leaves)
oFresh spinach leaves (Paalak leaves)
oFresh papaya leaves (Papita leaves)
