ithetis™ - Preclinical
      Product presentation
What is ithetis™

• ithetis™ is the world’s smallest
    and most advanced implantable
    drug delivery device (micro
    IDDD)

• Characteristics
     • Implantable from small rodents
         (mice/rats) to larger animals
     • Reduce labor work in laboratory
         and improve performance
     • Precise and versatile drug
         dosing
     • Wirelessly controlled
         reprogrammable on the fly
         (during animal experiments)
ithetis™ technology
ithetis™ technology
ithetis™ specs

• Reservoir: 1 ml

• Fully biocompatible, long-term
    implantable encapsulation

• Telemetry module compliant
with EU & US radio regulations

• Programmable drug infusion
    profile

• Bolus, periodic or continuous
    flow drug administration

• Dimension L x W x H
    42x16x7/11mm
ithetis™ application

• ithetis™ is intended to serve the basic preclinical research
market and to be used as drug delivery vehicle for studies in
small animals (mice, rats, rabbits) or other lab animals

• ithetis™ is wirelessly-controlled allowing full control of pump
drug delivery profile and pump performance during the entire
    animal experiment

• ithetis™ is ideal for animal experiments were human
intervention (i.e., injection) must be minimized (behavioral
    studies, etc.)
ithetis™ wireless technology

• ithetis™ wireless technology allows
    bidirectional communication with a
    large number of implanted devices

• Implants can be programmed and
    checked wirelessly even during the
    animal experiment

                                          n: unlimited
ithetis™ application

• ithetis™ versatile programming
    allows for continuous drug
    administration at different
    dosage levels

• ithetis™ can be programmed for
    periodic drug release or
    administration of boluses at
    specified times

• ithetis™ allows combined
    continuous and bolus
    administration to match any
    desired drug dosing profile
ithetis™

Smallest implantable wirelessly-
 controlled pump in the World
ithetis™ - Features
