Founded by Dr. Saad Al Khayyat in 1982, Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is a family-owned, operates
through eight autonomous business units, each led by specialists in their fields.
Continuing investment in a shared infrastructure - warehousing, distribution and logistics, and
human resources and administration, finance, and IT - creates synergies that underpin an ambitious
programmed for growth.

Fitness and Bowling
Operating throughout the Middle East under the brand name Deltatrade, our Fitness & Bowling
division offers an A - Z service to the commercial and private fitness markets, including products,
installation, after-sales service, education and training. Deltatrade has the highest sales of any
fitness equipment distributor in the region, and has two subdivisions, Fitness, and Bowling.

Environmental Services
Operating under the brand name Pestfree, the Environmental Services division is an industry leader
in integrated pest management programmes that focus on environmentally - friendly preventive
measures, with pesticides as a last resort.
Automotive
Al Khayyat Automotive Group operates in Jordan, where it has invested heavily to improve our
service, thus securing a leadership position in the retailing and rental of cars. In 1996 Al Khayyat
Investments established Al Khayyat Automotive Group in Jordan, where it is one of the leaders in
the car retailing and car rental sectors. In retail, it is the sole agent for the Peugeot and - since 2003
- Mazda brands. In rentals, it is the franchisee for the Europcar rental company.
Investments
Although Al Khayyat Investments is mainly focussed on wholly-owned and actively managed
businesses, it also has a number of strategic holdings in the Education, Real Estate Development
and Equipment Leasing sectors.

Contracting
Al Khayyat Investments’ Contracting division offers a turnkey service for interior and exterior
projects. Its operating units are Gulf Landscape & Irrigations Systems and Italdeco.
Retail
Al Khayyat Investments’ Retail division has become one of the most dynamic builders of
retail brands in the region. It seeks partnerships primarily with brand owners in the fields of
mainstream fashion, and food and beverage, where the brand concepts are distinctive and

Arab Emirates, part and managed by AKI group, its portfolio includes major construction projects in
all sectors, supported by the other AKI contracting companies Italdeco and GLIS. Its ability have been

Gulf Landscape and Irrigation Systems LLC (G.L.I.S.) is a landscape service company providing all
aspects of Design, Construction and Maintenance for projects. It also has its own Nursery and Plants
Trading operation. Founded in 1984, G.L.I.S. was a pioneer in providing a customized service to clients
all over the UAE. Since its acquisition by AKI in 2007, it has rapidly progressed to being one of the
region’s premier landscaping companies.
G.L.I.S. undertakes landscaping projects of varying complexity, scale, and nature ranging from Golf
Courses, Public Parks and Sports Fields, to Resorts, Hotels, Palaces, Residential Complexes, and also
Commercial Centres. G.L.I.S. is a team of design professionals supported by highly - competent
engineers. Together, they provide creative concepts, innovative solutions and unique features in the

Inspiring Design Solutions
The response to Clients who require to achieve a distinctive interior image and a high level of design
is our Interior Design Solutions. We change empty space into our Client’s vision. Our architectural
and engineering team specializes in various types of design, which allows their skills and expertise in
fulfilling our Client needs - incorporation of aesthetics, balanced with the budget, functional needs,
business requirements and preferences. Regardless of the size, complexity and scope of a project, we
follow the steps in our work plan for Interior Design Solutions: Start - Up and Research, Programming,
Preliminary Diagramming / Space Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction

Italdeco provides Demountable Partition System from different international sources that can
accommodate superior quality of lifestyle in today’s work places. By allowing easy and quick mounting,
it creates new spaces with a wide range of qualities that can be adapted or extended. and meets
today’s offices demand for a well lit environment. The system allows greater ambience within spaces.
Its sand glass structure with micro-sunblind creates individual places in working environments.

Our systems works completely through the panels. Carrier columns, horizontal fittings, door and glass
panel frames, floor and ceiling guides are all made of aluminum. RAL options are available for the colors
of aluminum used. It is easily connected to the existing floor and ceiling, raised floor and suspended
ceiling systems via floor ceiling guides. As melamine and glass panels are installed to the carrier by
means of hinge systems, there is no fitting exposed.

Based on requirements, the system may be melamine, fabric or metal coated plain glass, sand glass
or micro-sunblind between double-glass with a wide range of color options. Due to the demountable
nature of the systems, surface parts may be dismantled and/or replaced by another surface part with
a different color or quality according to requirements.

Our Demountable Panels System allows power, communication and data cables to run. Cabling system
