This document describes the traditional process for making date dough or kaek for the Al Adha feast. The dough is made from semolina, butter, milk and water and stuffed with dates prepared in a particular shape for easier filling. The kaek is formed into round shapes, arranged spaced out on a tray and baked in the oven, sometimes with sugar sprinkled on top. The kaek is then ready to be served at the feast.
