Discussion Do we want a  Multi Stakeholder Track? In addition to existing tracks & sessions? What general theme could we use for a track in 2010? Could we set up a network of ISCRAM (…) Labs? Based on existing institutions & projects Could free and open source fit in? Could use of social media fit in? Could use of open mobile technology fit in? Who would like to join into exploratory workgroup? Meets mostly by conference calls on Skype  Workgroup will work closely with ISCRAM Board and 2010 program chair
