Is there any way in which we can accept Hobbes' view of human being in the state of nature,
and yet reject his positivistic account of politics and law?
Solution
Hobbes’s view of human being says that all are equal with freedom that creates rights and
liabilities. Further, Hobbes says that if there is no law then there is no justice. Former statement
can be accepted while later statement can be denied due to following reasons:
