This document provides an overview of a training on change management concepts for Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. The training covers: basic change management concepts; the purpose and objectives of change management; the change management process lifecycle; types of changes including normal, emergency, and standard changes; the seven 'R's of change management; a change priority matrix; a sample CAB meeting agenda; change management goals and targets; and general considerations. The objective is to increase awareness of change and knowledge management processes among participants.
