Observation of IPv6 Allocation
and BGP Advertisement
• The average of IPv6 BGP advertisement is 26.9% in December,
2017 and 28.7% in August, 2018. The growth rate is about 6.5%.
• China and Hong Kong have larger growth rates, that are 37.5%
and 10.3%, respectively.

Observation of Service Availability
• The average of IPv6 service availability is 13.89% in December,
2017 and 10.88% in August, 2018. The growth rate is -21.7%.
• China and Thailand have larger growth rates, that are 155% and
12.2%, respectively.

Observation of User Availability
• The average of IPv6 user availability is 12.92% in December,
2017 and 17.39% in September, 2018. The growth rate is 34.6%.
• Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia have larger growth
rates, that are 3673%, 90.7%, 90.2% and 87.2%, respectively.
