5. REASONS FOR SELECTING THE PROJECT
 If any tenderer withdraws his tender before the said period or issue
of letter of acceptance/intent BSNL shall forfeit 50% of the earnest
money deposit
 Duration of the project is quite small(only 4 months)
 Payment to the contractor is made by ECS/EFT, so there will be a
proof for every running bill payement
