Procurement involves acquiring the goods and services needed to support a project. For example, a BPO company launching a new health insurance account would need to procure equipment like computers, tables and chairs to implement the project. There are different types of contracts like fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, and time and materials that define the terms of agreements with suppliers. Project integration management is the most important project management function, bringing together all project planning and execution through activities such as developing plans, monitoring project performance, managing changes, and closing out the project upon completion.
Construction Technologies and Associates provides project management consulting services to building owners and design teams. They assist with cost planning, budgeting, scheduling and overall project management. Their goal is to identify issues early to avoid costly problems and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. They have extensive experience across various project types, such as healthcare, education, commercial and government facilities.

Detailed Project Report:
A feasibility study looks at the viability of an idea with an
emphasis on identifying potential problems and attempts to
answer one main question: Will the idea work and should
you proceed with it? This report is structured into four
Chapters consisting of Executive summary, project concept,
Industrial Analysis, Project details and conclusion. It also
gives insight into the procedure for setting up a Hospital, type of machinery & floor space
required, requirement of regulatory permissions & clearances, capital outlay, profitability,
payback period, internal rate of return and other project related analysis. Our qualified
person will look deeply into this matter and prepare report base on certain parameters. This
will help the promoter to decide up to what extent he has to invest and what return he will
get out of this project.
The feasibility report shall bring following:
The potential of the planned institution
The medical facilities that are lacking and need to be made possible
The migration pattern of patients
Competition with existing hospital
Based on this report we will plan new project reports with following objectives.

Project Planning & Visioning
Planned project with detail financial study & preliminary discussion with promoter will give
successful outco e of the project” Pla i g is the core of the ork of a orga isatio .
Without a strategic framework you do not know where you are going or why you are going
there.
A vision statement is your ticket to success. A photograph in words of your company's
future, it provides the inspiration for both your daily
operations and your strategic decisions. Without a vision
statement, effective business planning would be impossible;
it's the vision statement that provides the destination for the
journey, and without a destination, how can you plan the
route?
A strategy is an overall approach, based on an understanding
of the broader context in which you function, your own strengths and weakness, and the
problem you are attempting to address. A strategy gives you framework within which to
work, it clarifies what you are trying to achieve and the approach you intend to use. It does
not spell out specific activities.
Land Selection
We can help you in selecting the land. The selection of area is very important. From where
you will get patient or which other facility is available so that returns will be fast. Selection
of land should be such that in future we will not face difficulty for expansion.
Initial Planning:-
It is observed that most of the promoters are take hasty decision for planning a building.
Many time they west the place. They never thought of water pipeline, Oxygen pipeline,
Electricity space and many more things.
Building planning should be such that it will give area security, estimation of capital,
Utilization of space in better way, and also good elevation of the building.
Our planning program will cover following areas.
The master plan
External circulation routes plan
Internal circulation routes plan
Light
Air-conditioning
Drainage and sanitation
Gas pipeline
Utility services
Water supply
Communication & IT

provider

MEDICAL FACILITY PLANNING:-
Hospitals are facilities that are heavily serviced and built to last, and yet they have to
constantly adapt to changing needs coming mainly from technological development and
new medical practices.
After the construction, the next imperative step is planning the various speciality
departments. This is based on the mandatory facilities, commissioning of the hospital, the
socio-economic structure of the hospital neighbour-hood, the current medical practices,
availability of the services and also the overall budget of the owner.
We will plan and work out tentative departments to pronounce loss making and profit
making centres. The formulation of strategies is then done to minimize losses and boosting
profit of the various departments.
Equipment Planning, Sourcing, Pricing and Selection:-
The range of medical equipment is vast starting from simple hospital cot to a complex MRI
machine. Many equipment required basic facilities like electricity, Gas line, waterline etc.
The planning should be before construction so that in initial plan only we can take care of all
the basic requirements.
Also we make complete list of equipment required. We will send inquiry to suppler or
manufacturers. Make comparative statement and owner will decide to whom to give order.
We will also take care of along with the equipment which accessory or spare should be
bought. These spares will be helpful at the time of breakdown.

drainage consultant/contractor, Electrical Consultant, IT
consultant, HVAC Consultant, Gas pipeline contactor etc.
We will take quotations from them. We make comparative
statement according to technical things and price. We
select two to three persons with suitable price and
technical requirements. The promoter will negotiate the
price and give appointment to the consultant/contractor. It is very much necessary for
appointment of the contractor/consultant at the time of architect start work. So during
design of the building only necessary precaution will be taken care of. We keep watch on all
the process and if we found anything out of order immediately we take action on that.
After finalising the tender, we prepare Purchase Order (PO) and give it to contactor. In the
PO we will mention all necessary conditions so that contractor will work accordingly. We
