Finalytics Consultancy provides financial analytics services including advisory, research, analytics, technology, and compliance services related to commercial mortgage-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, collateralized debt obligations, and other asset classes. It works with clients to develop customized solutions and tools to help manage risk, value portfolios, conduct surveillance and regulatory reporting, and more. Finalytics has experience building web-based credit and fee projection models, as well as analytics platforms for trading desks and special servicers. 1. Introducing Finalytics – A Dedicated Financial Analytics Shop
Finalytics Consultancy is a group of dedicated, seasoned fixed income
professionals that works on parallel, integrated verticals incorporating
all disciplines of commercial real estate. We provide clients with cost
effective customized solutions as per their needs, be it advisory,
analytics, research or technological solutions on complex CMBS,
RMBS, CDOs and other asset classes so that the client enjoys

• Advisory & Research: We provide services on Origination, Desktop
Underwriting, Detail Underwriting, Asset management, Litigation
review and summary preparation, PSA review and analysis, Asset
Summary Report, OSAR, Business Proposal, Financial reporting and
other due diligence services.
• Analytics: We have a deep experience in automation the process
using cutting edge technology which includes Trepp API, Intex API,
Bloomberg API etc. We have also done structuring and modeling for
any new placed deal in terms of cash flow /waterfall modeling, Reverse
Engineering, Structuring and design a credit/risktool for securities
valuation at different stress scenarios. We supported trading desks and
hedge funds to built customized tools based on correlation trading,
securitizations, CMBX and ABX.
• Technology: We have built customized platforms for surveillance,
valuation for trading desk for portfolio management tool. We are proud
to share that we recently developed a web based credit model and a fee
projection model for one of leading special servicer in CMBS.

regulatory reporting infrastructure across a wide range of asset classes.
We have preformed comprehensive auditing and documentation of a
proprietary loan pricing and securitization platform. Bank Owned Life
Insurance and other exotic instruments are also areas of expertise.
We are currently engaged in a variety of projects, including design of a
customized platform for surveillance, valuation for trading desk
portfolio management. We are proud to share that we recently
developed a web based credit model and a fee projection model for one
of leading special servicer in CMBS. We have also recently developed
comprehensive residential property analytics for a large mortgage
originator.
