Accredited Senior Appraiser en Valuación de Negocios y de Activos Intangibles
With over two decades of consulting and technical experience including Valuation Services,
Transaction Support and Corporate Finance, Adriana is the first person in Latin America to
obtain the designation as Accredited Senior Appraiser in Intangible Assets from the American
Society of Appraisers (ASA).
Adriana has led hundreds of projects in more than ten countries, including the supervision of
large, complex multidiscipline engagements regarding businesses (as a going concern or
assets' based), real property, machinery and equipment, and intangible assets.
Alejandra Prado
Alejandra has over eight years of experience in valuation and financial analysis. She has
rendered numerous valuations of businesses and intangible assets for financial reporting
standards (mainly Impairment Testing and Purchase Price Allocation), corporate tax planning,
tax restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, lost profit calculations and economic
damages analysis for litigation. She also has extensive experience handling the intangible
assets treatment in the IFRS adoption procedure.
