Building a NOC is more an art than a science; all NOCs
may have similar components but components are just
one constituent: the culture, people, budgets, and more
play an important role in shaping the outcome.
I also have not mentioned ITIL in this discussion. ITIL is
a series of “Best Practices” in IT Service Management.
