2. Introduction
 Internet of things (IoT) is one type of
ecosystem in which objects and people
would connect wirelessly.
 Next evolutionarary stage of IoT is also refer as
“INTERNET OF EVERYTHING”.
 In our daily life IoT can help us manage and
control objects smartly so as to maximize the
profit in minimum time.
 With the help of some electronic chips we
can detect the position and state of any
person or object anywhere in the world and
IoT had made it possible.
 There are many aspects of IoT which we will
see in the coming slide.

 The pictures shows the usage of IoT in various aspects of human life
and how we will be benefited by it.
 Imagine cities with power grid that senses when and where
electricity is needed and acts accordingly.
 In similar manner we can also control and design the automobile
system in such a manner in which all vehicles can find their path
automatically and choose less crowded route.
 The Internet of Things (IoT) is emerging as the third wave in the
development of the Internet.

 Nowadays we can control
almost everything from our
mobile phones and this is still
agrowing trend.
 Recently mobile companies are
working to provide the RAM
through cloud computing which
will make the mobile easily
connectable and work faster.
 Smart housing is another area in
which a lot is being done in
recent years.

5. Upcoming Trends
 Medical sector,Smart cities,and smartphones are the major areas
which are going to occupy the horizon of IoT in coming Years.
 In the coming years our smartphones will have an application
through which we can control and regulate pacemaker and other
medical instruments.
 With the development in IoT we can have doctors sitting in one
corner of world and operating on a patient in the other corner of
the world.
 Industries are planning on developing technologies which will
control everything from washing machine to home security system
which can be controlled by the users.

6. Interest Areas
 Among all the areas covered under IoT,I like what is being
done in the fields of Smartphones,Smartcities and Smart
grid technology.
 If you provide me opportunity I would like to work in any of
those fields or machine to machine connection.
