By 2020, there will be over 26 billion connected devices as part of the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things refers to the connection of physical objects through the internet, allowing communication and data exchange between devices like vehicles, home appliances, and health monitors. However, connecting everything together could create a system that is too complex and causes more problems than benefits due to issues with security, privacy, and reliability.
