of double tracked light rail, running North and
Northeast from the light rail starter system. The

crossing of the lower Chesapeake Bay. It included two one-mile

facilities. ISC provided Team Building, System integration, System
Design, Proposal Writing, Estimation, and Project Oversight
services. The system included twenty-eight (28) nodes
interconnected together by a dual redundant fiber-optic carrier
system, EPABX, Emergency Telephone, and Supervisory Control
System.

presentations and subsequent initial negotiations with the Authority.
