The document provides instructions for building a test pool from an existing test in 11 steps: 1) navigate to the course management page, 2) select tests, surveys, and pools, 3) select pools, 4) give the pool a name and description, 5) find and select questions from an existing test, 6) optionally modify question points, and 7) click OK to complete the pool creation. 2. Step 1:
Scroll down on the left hand navigation bar to Course Management
Step 2:
Click on the dropdown chevron next to Course Tools
Step 3:
Select Tests, Surveys, and Pools

3. Step 4:
On the new page, select Pools
Step 5:
On this page, select Build Pool
Step 6:
Give the pool a name (i.e. ‘COURSE_NAME Midterm Test F2015 Pool’), a description,
and instructions. Then select Submit.
Step 7:
On this page, you will need to select Find Questions
Step 8:
This will have opened a new window. On the left hand navigation panel in this
window, select the dropdown chevron next to Tests
Step 9:
Navigate to the test you created and select the desired number of test questions.
Then click submit.

4. Step 10:
(Optional) You can also modify the number of points each question is worth
Step 11:
Click OK in the bottom right corner
Now that you have your test pool created, follow the directions in the following link
to create a test using the pool.
