magazine. Behind the Walt Disney Company and Comcast, Time
Warner, formed on 1990, is the third largest entertainment
conglomerate in New York City. Spin Media, on the other hand, is a
corporation, which produces the magazine ‘Vibe’. Apart from
magazines, they own music websites in the pop genre. Spin Media
was originated by a blog that was created by Batt and Brown in 1999.
In 2013 came the music magazine, ‘Vibe’ which was a big success for
the corporation.
