sharp edges, curves and different layers to the logo
that adds this particular appearance to it. This whole
Artdeco vibe to the logo suggests the company was
possibly founded in the early 30’s.
• The spotlights seen in the logo show that the
company is of high quality since spotlights in the sky
usually are related to award ceremonies such as the
oscars.

4. History of logo
• The initial logo created back in 1935 had no colour at all, it
was a very simple logo which allowed people to identify
with the company with ease.
• Colour was then introduced to the logo in 53’, this was
also when the Artdeco style was tied into the logo thanks
to the landscape artist Emil Kosa who designed the logo.
• The logo we see today has been modified greatly since it’s
birth, there are now palm trees seen in the background
and the colours are much more vibrant through the use of
computer technology.
