INSECTS
Insects:
1. Invertebrates (They do not have
bones. They have a hard exoskeleton on the
outside of the their body.)
2. Have a body divided in three parts:
• head
• thorax
• abdomen
3. Two antennae and six legs
4. Have special eyes
5. Hatch from eggs.
•Some have wings.
Some don’t have wings.
Insects can be helpful.
