Mission
According to the New England Journal of Medicine, in
2009 there were nearly 100,000 adverse drug events
(ADE) in U.S. impacting adults ages 65 years and older.
Warfarin was the number one medication responsible for
those ADE’s, having caused roughly the same number of

• Warfarin requires patients to have several tests (INR’s) each month to
monitor the drugs function within the body. This burden on the patient
can result in:

• Warfarin is the most commonly prescribed oral
anticoagulant medicine on the market3 and has been in
use since 1954

B.A. in Women's & Gender Studies from Rutgers University.
Self taught front-end developer with technical skills including: Dreamweaver,
Photoshop, Microsoft Office 2007, XML, HTML, PHP, CSS.
Designed the UI and was integral in the product development, marketing, and
branding for INR Tracker.
In 2011 I found out the hard way that I have a genetic blood clotting disorder
called Factor V Leiden. As a patient of Warfarin, I quickly discovered how
difficult of a drug it is to manage. INR Tracker is designed for people like me to
better deal with the treatment process.
