This document summarizes surveys given to students about their chocolate consumption habits and knowledge of cocoa production. The surveys included open and closed questions about how often, why, and in what form students consume chocolate as well as their favorite brands and desserts. The results are broken down between responses from a high school and a 9th grade class. The document concludes that most students consume chocolate daily due to easy access but have little knowledge about cocoa production processes or locations.
