An In-process review (IPR) is a daily quality control checkpoint used by recruiting leaders to evaluate performance standards, operational effectiveness, and progress towards goals. The IPR incorporates the Leader Zone tool and follows an outline that reviews personnel issues, current mission status, future projections and processing, daily prospecting results, the recruiting operations plan, and the future soldier training program. The regular IPR is intended to encourage teams, provide direction, and modify behaviors to improve performance through open communication and systematic review of key metrics and discussions.
