Robert Kastelic grew up in Redwood City, CA and still resides there
today with his wife Josie, son Anthony and daughter Lauren. He
graudated fromWoodside High School inWoodside and ventured
off to Cal State University, Fullerton in Southern California
and earned his B.A. in Business Administration. He joined the
Innovative team as a Project Manager/Estimator in 2014. Robert
spent 15 years as aVice-President of his family business, Sunset
Heating and Air Conditioning in Menlo Park which provided the
peninsula with 50 years of residential/light commercial service. In
addition, Robert spent 7 years with Johnson Controls as a Project
Manager/ Service Sales Representative gaining experience in the
commercial HVAC field.
