INTRODUCTION
Now a days we live in a world of fascination, imitation and use of synthetic food items is a part of it. So food companies tried their best to make and maintain new verities of products. So there is a need for adding preservatives to preserve them. Main action of preservatives is to stunt the growth of microbes in such foods and drinks and prevent it decay to increase their profit. Ultimate effect is use of such drinks leads to number of diseases like ulcer, vomiting, diarrhea, anemia, dizziness, mental disorders and even cancer. So we think about is it desirable to use Preservatives in drinks?

An auto biography of artificial synthetic drinks.
Do you know me?
Yes, of course, I am a poor artificial
synthetic drink. My major compositions
are preservatives like tartrazine,
erithrocyn, amaranth, indigo carmine that
give me yellow, red, blue colours respectively. My major
pet names are sodium nitrate, propanoic acid. You think that I boast about myself, but the fact that I have different actions in different food items like juice, soft drinks, that destroys fungus, yeast, kills insects and so on. But… but…. what happens to me, that most of the genius persons in science say that I am not fit for the nature and human beings.
They did much experiment with me and tried to harass me. You know that all things have positive and negative side like the two sides of a coin. So please understand me. See my positive side and tried to reduce the negativeness about me and made me more perfect to become a good friend of you.
I can’t able to move away from you, I am a part of your daily life, children like me a lot, please……….please………….please………………..
