InnoOmnia develops 21st century vocational education by combining physical and cloud-based learning environments. They provide students with personal learning tools like laptops, iPads, and iPods to access educational materials anywhere via tools like QR codes. InnoOmnia also uses alternative reality games and social media to increase student engagement in assignments. Students learn in teams, taking on roles like leader or researcher, and work on projects with entrepreneurs and staff. InnoOmnia offers teacher training programs to support new learning environments through curriculum development, infrastructure, and principles of pedagogy.
