This document is a student evaluation containing instructions to complete various grammar exercises in English using verbs in the past tense. The exercises include finding verbs in a word search, filling out a chart with different verb types, matching questions to answers, identifying main and auxiliary verbs, completing sentences with verbs in the past continuous tense, ordering words to form sentences, answering questions, and writing a short paragraph using sequence adverbs and verbs in the past simple tense.
