5. Case Study 1 - Philips Challenge: To create a highly sophisticated intranet digital T.V testing system for the technology & development department. Execution: 4 months of intensive, close engagement with stakeholders working on all aspects of the system. Result: User friendly system that enabled engineers from other labs to communicate and verify test results to be used to further improve digital T.V technology.

6. Case Study 2 - NUS Challenge: To redesign the existing Centre for the arts website portal and integrate a content management system to allow self updating. Execution: 5 months of intensive, close engagement with NUS staff from all art departments to understand and conceptualize design requirements and usability studies Result: An aesthetically pleasing website designed with a robust content management system which allowed staff to make changes to the site on a ad hoc basis without the need to pay any maintenance cost..

Case Study 3 – Oil Spill Response Challenge: To allow all 200+ staff in their organization to interact and share knowledge and information on a common platform Execution: 6 months of intensive, close engagement with stakeholders working on all aspects of the platform. Result: User friendly platform that enabled staff from Singapore, United Kingdom, Bahrain & Indonesia to interact with each other and share ideas, important news and updates within the industry.

Case Study 4 – NGE GSP Challenge: To design and develop a system for National Geographic’s Green Space Program which allowed educators across Asia to access educational material and book guided tours to locations such as the Zoo & Birdpark Execution: 3 months of intensive, close engagement with stakeholders working on all aspects of the system. Result: Highly advanced system which included P.O.S functions and E-commerce built onto a easy to use booking system which allowed educators to provide a fun filed experience for their students.

Case Study 5 – Brandt Challenge: Brandt required a tool to allow their sales team to be more efficient in showcasing their line of products, it had to be a portable software which allowed distribution to clientele. Execution: 8 months of intensive development of software with multiple beta stages for user testing Result: Lightweight and low requirements program which allowed easy drag and drop features to build your own kitchen interface. At the same time a portable catalogue which was easily distributed.

Case Study 5 – Brandt Challenge: Credit Agricole tasked us with redesigning their Optim corporate investment banking website Execution: Our company’s senior designer spent almost 6hours a day at the corporate office of the bank and designed every aspect of the website including the new Optim logo. Result: Refreshing look for the new year and enhanced usability throughout the entire site.
