An immersive induction desktop solution created for
Essar, an Oil & Gas Giant for its new employees to
gain an overview of the company's processes from
'rig to retail'.

Sales Skills Workshop - Insurance
Created for an insurance company, it is a training
workshop to sell policies. It was designed to replace
Instructor-led training, standardize content and
providing a safe place to roleplay real life scenarios and
practice skills.

Recruitment Skills Workshop - Insurance
Created for the insurance agency, it is a training
workshop to recruit agents. It was designed to replace
Instructor-led training, standardize content and
providing a safe place to roleplay real life scenarios and
practice skills.

Leadership Development – IT Services
For Infosys' Leadership Training Institute, we
created a multi-user quiz, a Single-User and a multi-
user roleplaying game, for them to collaborate and
learn.

Cultural Training – IT Services
A solution containing gamified scenarios, designed to
assist employees of an IT Services Giant, with a
globally spread out workforce, who are temporarily
working in a new country, with self-paced, cross-
cultural acclimatization.

Once the client reviews the proposal, accepts it and
issues a purchase order, the process of detailed
requirement gathering can begin.
Acceptance of the Proposal
Once Indusgeeks has designed a bespoke solution,
tailored to the client’s needs, Indusgeeks prepares
a proposal document outlining the salient features
and concept overview, along with commercials
and timelines for client approval.
Submission of the Proposal

Once the requirement gathering is complete,
Indusgeeks assesses the man-hours required to
complete the project and provide the client with the
key milestones of delivery, feedback and review
cycles, pertaining to their custom solution
development.
Milestone Setup
Based on the solution overview agreed upon, the
Indusgeeks team begins the process of collecting
the key requirements for the project from the
client - such as customized content specific to
their solution as well as any other information vital
to the success of the project.
Detailed Requirement Gathering

Once the client has signed off on all three
documents, actual production of the solution
commences. Through regular meetings scheduled at
the client’s convenience as well a combination of
Sprint & Agile methodology, Indusgeeks will give
the client status updates on the solution under
production as well as implement client feedback
while working towards project completion.
Production
Once the solution has been finalized, the Indusgeeks team
develops the three key documents that govern the development
of the solution.
1. The Game Design Document (GDD), which provides the
workflow of the solution
2. The Functional Design Document (FSD), which provides
the technical specification of the features present in the
solution and
3. The Project Management Plan (PMP), which provides a
detailed timeline of the project on a module-by-module
basis.
Document Delivery

Once the client has successfully completed UAT
for all modules and are happy with the outcome,
the project is officially complete. Once the signoff is
complete, as per the terms of the original proposal
and depending on the implementation of the
custom solution (hosted vs. non hosted), yearly
hosting and maintenance of the modules will
commence.
Final Client Acceptance
As each module is completed, it will be sent to the
client for review. Changes will be incorporated in
subsequent sprints.
Final review and acceptance is a part of User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, at the end of
the production cycle. If the client has any
feedback or requests minor changes at this stage,
they can be incorporated in the final version.
Deliveries & UAT

We have the ability to integrate social connect elements into our
solutions, allowing the end user to be able to instantly post updates on
Twitter/Facebook and other social media about his/her progress or
achievements earned via the gamification system.
