The Mark 86 Ambient Temperature Regulator is designed to control steam-tracing lines based on ambient temperatures. Steam tracing lines are commonly used to protect outdoor instrumentation, pipelines, and tanks from freezing. The Mark 86 allows steam to flow through the tracer lines only when it is needed and remains closed when the ambient temperature rises above a predetermined set point.
The MS3000 Series is a Class V shutoff heavy, duty, metal seated valve that is designed for pressure up to 990 psi (69 bar) and temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C). It is ideal for condensate, steam or gas service. A wide variety of end connections are available.
