This Individual Development Plan outlines 3 action plans and timelines for a teacher to improve their teaching practice from June 2018 to March 2019. The first action plan is to continuously improve teaching practice using different approaches and strategies with guidance from experts. The second is to develop knowledge of different assessment strategies to enhance student critical thinking. The third is to enhance teaching through collaboration with expert teachers and mentors. The principal and teachers will provide resources and mentoring to support the plans.
