  1. Nooyi’s is an example of leader who has a keen business sense but also operates with a moral compass. She is fully aware of her actions and believes the way a CEO projects himself or herself sets the mood for the entire company.  “You need to look at the employee and say, ‘I value you as a person. I know that you have a life beyond PepsiCo, and I’m going to respect you for your entire life, not just treat you as employee number 4,567,’” she stated. 
  2. After completeion of mba she joined Asea Brown Boveri .Beginning her career in India, Nooyi held product manager positions at  Johnson & Johnson  and textile firm Mettur Beardsell. raduating in 1980, Nooyi joined the  Boston Consulting Group  (BCG), and then held strategy positions at  Motorola
  3. Attends corporate meetings in sari as she believes that corporate people prefer genuine people. Performance with purpose – "Performance with purpose"  means to generate as much profit as possible, but still remain socially responsible at the same time. aim to make pepsei co a leader in offering healthy food and hiring a diverse workforce. Unless you are an expert in your chosen field, you will get nowhere. You will be known only if you become an expert.  In anything, take a decision weighing everything for and against it. Once you have decided, never waver from it.
