Students in Harinagar, Jodhpur organized activities to raise awareness of the hazards of plastic waste and promote its segregation. They prepared paper bags and banners, conducted a rally to educate nearby villagers, and performed a play for villagers on the issue. The students then cleaned the surrounding area, distributed paper bags and banners, and had villagers and other school students take an oath not to use plastic bags. As a result, shopkeepers and villagers started using paper or rug bags instead of plastic, displayed anti-plastic banners, and committed to keeping the area clean by not using plastic.
