Today’s customers expect their digital interactions to be met with a visual, graphical, and image-rich experience. It’s not a “nice to have,” it’s a “need to have” to compete and stay relevant. When it comes to digital asset management, we’re at an interesting inflection point. While some of those legacy DAM systems are still being used, modern, cloud-based DAM solutions are providing new choices.
We surveyed 738 marketing professionals to help understand how companies are using creative files today, how they are organising them and some of the challenges and concerns they have.
Here are some of the areas we’ll discuss in this webinar:
- More than 50 percent of those surveyed worry about out of compliant image licensing.
- 90 percent are creating some assets in-house, although those with DAM are more likely to pay an agency or contractor to help create them.
