“What does it mean to “be ready” or “not to be ready”? What
can be understood from that statement regarding an alleged
“knowledge of what to do” facing each child, each body, each
language, each way of learning, each way of being in the
world.
I believe it is impossible to know, to feel and to be ready to
what the future may bring. Instead of insisting on being ready
in anticipation of something that we don’t know for certain,
we should highlight the idea of being available and
responsible.
