A survey was sent to over 54,000 subscribers of Human Resource Executive Magazine in April 2010. 2,319 respondents completed the survey regarding their use of incentives, recognition, and rewards in their organizations. The survey asked questions about their reasons for using such programs, factors considered when choosing rewards, budgets for incentives and rewards, types of rewards purchased, preferences for gift cards, how they like to be contacted by suppliers, and how they learn about suppliers.
