The IMR 7500 is a stationary, extractive continuous emission monitoring system that can simultaneously measure up to 6 gases including O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, and H2S using electrochemical sensors. It uses a gas conditioning system to remove particles and prevent condensation, and outputs data through an interface to allow for online monitoring, furnace optimization, and other industrial applications. The system is modular and can be customized with additional sensors, such as NDIR sensors for CO2, CH4 or TDLS sensors for other gases like NH3 or HCl. It provides accurate, reliable measurements and high annual availability of over 99%.
