Being an assistant wrestling coach at Concordia University, Nebraska
encouraging team development. Used positive interpersonal relations with team
member as well as specific coaching strategies to help them excel.
 Software Programs:
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Very familiar
with Windows operating systems.
 Group Dynamics:
I have been a part of a wrestling team for nine years. Learned how to work
together as a group to achieve a common goal and know how to resolve conflict in
a tactful manner that does not hinder performance.
