It has been nearly two years since Justin Trudeau made a post welcoming refugees to Canada. Since Justin Trudeau there has been well over 36,000 illegal border crossing.
This presentation looks at immigration in Canada. Canada plans to raise immigration from about 250,000 to 340,000 by 2020. The issue is that immigration is rising faster than both GDP and job creation.
Canada is a desirable country for people looking for a better life. The problem is liberals ideology is leading to crisis with Canada's ability to handle influx of both regular and irregular entry into Canada
Previous Canadian governments have all struggle with immigration including integration. The liberals under Justin Trudeau have eroding immigration due to their failed ideology.
The federal government will never discuss the issues facing the immigration system across Canada, why? The federal government is pushing their globalist agenda at all cost!

Immigration has always been used as part of balancing out the employment requirements of an economy. The problem is too many governments around the world are not aligning immigration in a way that supports economic growth.

Education across Canada have seen improvement in graduation rates.
Education is not being aligned in terms of the jobs today as well as the future
Too many students lack critical thinking, interpersonal skills, time management and judgement
Too many students have been treated as special when in the fact the real world does not treat anyone special
There are systemic issues with programs being offered at the secondary level. There needs to be more emphasis on financial planning, biology, IT, chemistry, writing and physics.

To boost its population growth rate, labor force size, and rate of economic expansion, Canada has been expanding its immigration numbers since the late 1980s. By the year 2030, 9 million baby boomers in Canada will be eligible for retirement at the age of 65. As a result, Canada will experience a decline in employment at a time when its public expenditures on health care will increase. Canada has taken the initiative to address this issue by steadily increasing its immigration goals for more than 30 years.

Global Housing Market Analysis and Commentary- September 2023.pptxpaul young cpa, cga
Summary:
Homebuilders are walking a fine line when it comes to new projects as high mortgage rates curb demand.
New residential construction, including single-family homes and multifamily, dropped 11.3% month over month in August to 1.283 million units on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to Census Bureau data released Tuesday. That's down 14.8% compared with a year ago and well below the 1.44 million units economists surveyed by Bloomberg projected.
But authorized residential permits — an indicator of potential future activity — rose 6.9% to 1.543 million permits in August from July. That was still down 2.7% from last August. Single-family permits, though, were up 2% from July to 949,000. Multifamily permits came in at 535,000.
The data reflects two opposing forces builders are trying to balance: the ongoing need for new construction to fill in limited inventory and elevated mortgage rates that are hurting their biggest customer right now, the first-time homebuyer.
"High mortgage rates are clearly taking a toll on builder confidence and consumer demand, as a growing number of buyers are electing to defer a home purchase until long-term rates move lower," Robert Dietz, chief economist of the National Association of Home Builders, said Monday in a press release after builder confidence dropped for the second straight month.

Blog – Manufacturing Shipments and Orders – The United States – August 2023
Summary:
New orders for manufacturing technology in the United States totaled $353.9 million in July 2023, as per the latest report by AMT – The Association For Manufacturing Technology. This figure marked a 12.4% decline from June 2023 but remained only 10.5% lower than July 2022. Year-to-date orders amounted to $2.83 billion, reflecting a 12.7% decrease compared to the same period the previous year.
Douglas K. Woods, President of AMT, noted that July is typically a slower month for manufacturing technology orders, so a slight drop was expected. However, he pointed out a notable trend: over the last two months, the year-to-date order gap has narrowed during historically slow periods. While job shops have seen decreased orders, other industries that benefited from reshoring or government investments have helped fill the gap.
Among specific sectors, job shops, the largest customer segment, placed their lowest total monthly orders since August 2020. In contrast, metal valve manufacturers recorded their third-highest monthly order value on record, last seen in September 2018, making up nearly 5% of the total manufacturing technology order value for July 2023. Manufacturers of motor vehicle transmissions continued to order machinery at an elevated pace. However, the aerospace industry continued to order below its early 2022 peaks, with hopes that recent projects like the federal government's $1.5 billion investment in communications satellites might reverse this trend.

Blog – Analysis and Commentary – Stock Market – WE September 15 2023
Summary:
Stocks fell Friday as investors wrap up a volatile week ahead of the Federal Reserve's policy meeting.
The Dow Jones Industrials tumbled 288.87 points to close out Friday and the week at 34,618.24. At its lows, it completely wiped out Thursday's 332-point rally.
The S&P 500 index sank 54.78 points, or 1.2%, to 4,450.32.
The NASDAQ index plunged 217.72 points, or 1.6%, to 13,708.33.
The Dow held onto a winning week. The S&P 500 and NASDAQ both closed out the week with losses.
Information technology was the worst-performing sector in the S&P 500, down nearly 2%. Adobe shares fell more than 4% even after the software firm posted better-than-expected quarterly results. Shares of Arm Holdings were lower one day after its successful public debut.
Auto stocks General Motors and Stellantis N.V. were higher Friday, while Ford Motor was about flat. Thousands of members of the United Auto Workers went on strike after failing to reach a deal with the automakers Thursday night.
Elsewhere, Lennar shares slid 3%. The home construction firm posted third-quarter results that beat on the top and bottom lines.
On the economic front, the University of Michigan's consumer sentiment survey showed one-year inflation expectations dropped to 3.1% in
September, tied for the lowest since January 2021. Also, the five-year outlook fell to 2.7%, matching its lowest since December 2020.
Electricity Analysis - Canada and the OECD - June 2023.pptxpaul young cpa, cga
Summary:
Over three-quarters of the world’s total coal-generated electricity is consumed in just three countries. China is the top user of coal, making up 53.3% of global coal demand, followed by India at 13.6%, and the U.S. at 8.9%.
Burning coal—for electricity, as well as metallurgy and cement production—is the world’s single largest source of CO2 emissions. Nevertheless, its use in electricity generation has actually grown 91.2% since 1997, the year when the first global climate agreement was signed in Kyoto, Japan.
However, even as non-renewables enjoy their time in the sun, their days could be numbered.
In 2022, renewables, such as wind, solar, and geothermal, represented 14.4% of total electricity generation with an extraordinary annual growth rate of 14.7%, driven by big gains in solar and wind. Non-renewables, by contrast, only managed an anemic 0.4%.
The authors of the Statistical Review do not include hydroelectric in their renewable calculations, even though many others, including the International Energy Agency, consider it a “well-established renewable power technology.”
With hydroelectric moved into the renewable column, together they accounted for over 29.3% of all electricity generated in 2022, with an annual growth rate of 7.4%.

The mining, oil, gas, agriculture, forestry, and mining continue to face environmental, social, and governance policy review including reporting of key metrics as part of ESG reporting cycle.
There is more focus on profitability and investment returns as part of the integrated planning and reporting cycle.
Summary:
The global economy faces what at least one forecaster is calling a mild trade recession as shipments from China slump and German factories downshift.
China’s export declines extended into August, though there were signs that the worst of a world trade slowdown may be over for the leading exporter.
Overseas shipments from China fell 8.8% in dollar terms from a year earlier while imports contracted 7.3%, both better than economists’ estimates and significantly less severe than July’s downturn.
Other data have suggested trade may be stabilizing after weakening for most of this year. Exports from South Korea also declined at a more moderate pace in August than the previous month.

USDA Loans in California: A Comprehensive Overview
If you're dreaming of owning a home in California's rural or suburban areas, a USDA loan might be the perfect solution. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) offers these loans to help low-to-moderate-income individuals and families achieve homeownership.
Key Features of USDA Loans:
Zero Down Payment: USDA loans require no down payment, making homeownership more accessible.
Competitive Interest Rates: These loans often come with lower interest rates compared to conventional loans.
Flexible Credit Requirements: USDA loans have more lenient credit score requirements, helping those with less-than-perfect credit.
Guaranteed Loan Program: The USDA guarantees a portion of the loan, reducing risk for lenders and expanding borrowing options.
Eligibility Criteria:
Location: The property must be located in a USDA-designated rural or suburban area. Many areas in California qualify.
Income Limits: Applicants must meet income guidelines, which vary by region and household size.
Primary Residence: The home must be used as the borrower's primary residence.
Application Process:
Find a USDA-Approved Lender: Not all lenders offer USDA loans, so it's essential to choose one approved by the USDA.
Pre-Qualification: Determine your eligibility and the amount you can borrow.
Property Search: Look for properties in eligible rural or suburban areas.
Loan Application: Submit your application, including financial and personal information.
Processing and Approval: The lender and USDA will review your application. If approved, you can proceed to closing.
USDA loans are an excellent option for those looking to buy a home in California's rural and suburban areas. With no down payment and flexible requirements, these loans make homeownership more attainable for many families. Explore your eligibility today and take the first step toward owning your dream home.

Currently there are no website or exchange that allow buying or selling of pi coins..
But you can still easily sell pi coins, by reselling it to exchanges/crypto whales interested in holding thousands of pi coins before the mainnet launch.
Who is a pi merchant?
A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins from miners and resell to these crypto whales and holders of pi..
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale. The only way exchanges can get pi is by buying from miners and pi merchants stands in between the miners and the exchanges.
How can I sell my pi coins?
Selling pi coins is really easy, but first you need to migrate to mainnet wallet before you can do that. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi merchant to trade with.

Pi has not yet been launched on any exchange because we are currently using the confined Mainnet. The planned launch date for Pi is June 28, 2026.
Reselling to investors who want to hold until the mainnet launch in 2026 is currently the sole way to sell.
Consequently, right now. All you need to do is select the right pi network provider.
Who is a pi merchant?
An individual who buys coins from miners on the pi network and resells them to investors hoping to hang onto them until the mainnet is launched is known as a pi merchant.

how can I sell pi coins after successfully completing KYCDOT TECH
Pi coins is not launched yet in any exchange 💱 this means it's not swappable, the current pi displaying on coin market cap is the iou version of pi. And you can learn all about that on my previous post.
RIGHT NOW THE ONLY WAY you can sell pi coins is through verified pi merchants. A pi merchant is someone who buys pi coins and resell them to exchanges and crypto whales. Looking forward to hold massive quantities of pi coins before the mainnet launch.
This is because pi network is not doing any pre-sale or ico offerings, the only way to get my coins is from buying from miners. So a merchant facilitates the transactions between the miners and these exchanges holding pi.
I and my friends has sold more than 6000 pi coins successfully with this method. I will be happy to share the contact of my personal pi merchant. The one i trade with, if you have your own merchant you can trade with them. For those who are new.
Message: @Pi_vendor_247 on telegram.
I wouldn't advise you selling all percentage of the pi coins. Leave at least a before so its a win win during open mainnet. Have a nice day pioneers ♥️

Where can I sell my pi coins at a high rate.
Pi is not launched yet on any exchange. But one can easily sell his or her pi coins to investors who want to hold pi till mainnet launch.
This means crypto whales want to hold pi. And you can get a good rate for selling pi to them. I will leave the telegram contact of my personal pi vendor below.
A vendor is someone who buys from a miner and resell it to a holder or crypto whale.

Canada is forecasted to receiving 40,000 refugees through the illegal border crossing into Canada. The
cost of to house, feed, cloth, medical, etc. will be between $600M to $1B.
https://openparliament.ca/debates/2017/9/26/michelle-rempel-2/. The response from the government
has been at best lukewarm. Here is what the immigration minister said “The member opposite must
know that asylum claims fluctuate on a yearly basis and sometimes even monthly. The fact of the matter
is that our agencies were nimble enough. We were able to put full capacity within IRCC to process
claims.
Yet the government thinks closing the borders is not priority, but taxing small business is in terms of
policies is top priority, right? https://ipolitics.ca/2017/09/28/morneaus-tax-plan-should-have-been-

7. EMPLOYMENT ISSUE
Why? We have youth unemployment as well as the economy is sluggish in terms of growth. Job creation is only 200K for 2016,
but the bulk of new jobs are part-time. http://www.slideshare.net/paulyoungcga/government-policies-broadcasting-canada-

There are already issue with job settlement programs in terms of both funding and openings. So, why would we bring in more
new immigrants?

10. CANADA IMMIGRATION PROCESS
The Canadian federal and provincial governments are constantly updating their programs to ensure that
Canadian immigration is successful, both for newcomers and for Canada. There are currently more than
60 programs available for immigration to Canada. For that reason, everyone's path to Canadian
immigration will be unique.
For example, there are many different categories for professionals and workers under which you might
qualify for your Canada Immigration permanent resident visa, including the Federal and Quebec Skilled
Worker programs, the Provincial Nominee Programs, the Canadian Experience Class, the Quebec
Experience Class, and the Federal Self-Employed program. Canada also offers a number of Family Class
Sponsorship programs, whereby Canadian citizens and permanent residents may sponsor family
members and loved ones for Canadian immigration.

11. REFUGEE PROCESS / CANADA
Some people are not eligible to claim refugee protection in Canada.
Officers receiving your refugee claim will decide whether it is eligible for referral to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), an
independent administrative tribunal that makes decisions on immigration and refugee matters. The IRB decides who is a Convention refugee or a
person in need of protection.
Your refugee claim may not be eligible for referral to the IRB if:
You have been recognized as a Convention refugee by another country to which you can return;
You have already been granted protected person status in Canada;
You arrived via the Canada-United States border;
You are not admissible to Canada on security grounds, or because of criminal activity or human rights violations;
You made a previous refugee claim that was found to be ineligible for referral to the IRB;
You made a previous refugee claim that was rejected by the IRB; or
You abandoned or withdrew a previous refugee claim.

12. IMMIGRATION TRENDS – CANADA
Source: http://www.statcan.gc.ca/pub/11-630-x/11-630-x2016006-eng.htm
The annual number of landed immigrants in Canada has fluctuated
considerably over the last 150 years. Some of these fluctuations can be
linked to immigration policy changes, others to Canada's economic situation
or world events connected with the movement of migrants and refugees.
For example, in the late 1800s, the number of immigrants admitted annually
to Canada varied between 6,300 and 133,000. Record numbers of
immigrants were admitted in the early 1900s when Canada was promoting
the settlement of Western Canada. The highest number ever recorded was
in 1913, when more than 400,000 immigrants arrived in the country.
However, the number of people entering the country dropped dramatically
during World War I, to fewer than 34,000 landed immigrants in 1915. The
lowest numbers of landed immigrants were recorded during the
Great Depression in the 1930s and during World War II. The return of peace
fostered economic recovery and an immigration boom in Canada.
Other record levels of immigration have been registered during political and
humanitarian crises, including in 1956 and 1957, when 37,500 Hungarian
refugees arrived in the country, and in the 1970s and 1980s, when a large
number of Ugandan, Chilean, Vietnamese, Cambodian and Laotian refugees
came to Canada.
Since the early 1990s, the number of landed immigrants has remained
relatively high, with an average of approximately 235,000 new immigrants
per year.

Job Experience – (Canadian Experience)
16. SYRIA / REFUGEE
More than 30,000 Syrians have arrived since November (excluding Quebec, which has its own settlement
program), and almost half of those are being privately sponsored to some extent.
While government-assisted refugees are usually settled in cities and large towns, families who are
privately sponsored can end up anywhere. In more than 300 communities across the country, locals have
banded together to provide housing, English classes, driving lessons, a crash course in Canadian customs
(pot luck dinners, poutine) and, most important of all, friendship.

17. COST TO RESETTLED IMMIGRATIONS
There is allot of things being said about the refugees. Yet the Liberals have not been clear with either with the
true costs or ethnic makeup of the refugees, why?
