Immigration
Immigration is a very controversial topic all across the U.S. People have various
opinions as to what we should do to take control of this particular situation. I
personally think that it is to late for America to deport the estimated 20 million
illegal aliens we have here in this country. They are already here and it would be
impossible to round them all up and send them back. I am against Illegal
immigration I think all immigrants should indeed come here legally and come the
right way. However, I think we should strengthen border control and use our
advancements that we have in technology to stop people from coming illegally. We
need to increase security at all borders and also screen all cargo that comes from
other countries. Yes, this will be very costly however it will also save us money.
America pays approx. 125 Billion dollars every year to keep these illegal aliens, we
fund education, healthcare, and also prison costs. 30% of our jail space is taken up
from Illegals and illegals only take up 5% of the U.S. My view on all of this may not
agree with some people however I feel as if it is the right thing to do to get America
back on track and to get the American people their jobs back.
