iLead is a program that helps middle school students develop their natural leadership abilities. It was created to positively influence students and help them train in leadership. Future Technology Staffing employees volunteer as mentors in the program. Since starting iLead, many students have improved social skills and become kinder leaders. The company president also created a selective program for 8th graders to provide feedback on iLead and help shape its future.

2. What is iLead?
The best way to describe iLead is through the
eyes of our students. To the right is a link to a

explaining a typical day at iLead, and why every
middle school student should sign up to attend.

role models to students and embracing the idea
of positive influence.

4. Leadership is defined as “positive influence”.
Whether you are influencing 100 people or
influencing just 1 other person, that makes you a
leader. iLead was developed to help students
train and grow in their natural leadership
abilities.
Since launching iLead, we have seen countless
students develop their natural leadership skills.
We have see students make new friends and
improve their social skills. We have seen
students become more kind, courageous, and
compassionate towards others.

6. Students are the leaders of the next generation.
Students can also be leaders today.
Future Technology Staffing President, Joel
Colinear, created a more preliminary leadership
development course for select 8th grade
students.
They meet once a month during the student’s
lunch period to discuss what the students would
like to improve within the program.
